Katie and Barret’s June wedding took place at the always beautiful Springs Preserve. Katie’s vision was of soft summer blooms juxtaposed with modern desert succulents and textural pods and greens. The blush, ivory and green color story complimented the champagne Two Birds bridesmaids dresses perfectly.
The bride carried a large bouquet of blush peonies, vendela roses, white ranunculus, white o’hara garden roses with accents of succulents that matched the groom’s succulent and ranunculus boutonniere perfectly. Green bouquets of roses, poppy pods, succulents and berzilla popped off the the bridesmaids dresses. Three adorable flower girls all had fun with pomanders of blush and green florals finished with burlap ties.
The cafe reception had 3 types of centerpieces to give the room depth and visual interest. We did a large manzanita in a base of blush and cream florals with blooms and candles hanging in the branch. A rustic wood box overfilled with lush florals and a grouping centerpiece of LED luminaries and vintage vases played as the other two centerpiece options.
