We met with Gemma in early January and hit it off right away. We chatted about lush peonies beautiful anemones, and other spring time floral to fit into her May wedding at Loews Lake Las Vegas. Gemma did an amazing job making her teal and fuchsia pink wedding flow flawlessly in the venue.
Gemma’s bouquet consisted of white and pink peonies that we accented with some pink ranunculus and green viburnum. Accenting the bouquet with teal satin ribbon helped tie her bouquet into the rest of the decor. The bridesmaids carried casual bouquets of open ivory roses.
We used two different types of centerpieces for the reception. The first was a large arrangement of different shades of pink hydrangea and accents of other blooms such as peonies, sweet pea, and hyacinth. Large candles surrounded the arrangement to bring in some soft romantic candle light.
The second centerpiece option was a grouping of smaller vases all containing a single type of bloom. We used anemones, hydrangea, hyacinth, and peonies all in bight shades of pink than accented them with large pillar candles. It was important to Gemma that the centerpieces didn’t look fussy and over thought and these did just that.
